My best friend; we'd have thai coconut curry, artichoke pizza, a big bowl of cashews, flourless chocolate cake, and a great bottle of red wine.

What is your favorite dish to cook and why?

Chana Masala, because it's delicious and hard to mess up.

What's your favorite drink and why?

A great Beaujolais, because of taste and memories.

What is the most beautiful animal eaten by humans? Why?

Pigs, because they give us carnitas and pulled pork.
